

Survival Skills
You roll a d20 and add your Survival Skills and intelligence modifier to the roll. If the total is higher than the Difficulty Check, you succeed. If it is lower, you fail.
Difficulty Check 7 (Very Easy)
Starting a fire using dry tinder and flint.
Difficulty Check 12 (Easy):
Identifying edible plants in a familiar forest.
Difficulty Check 17 (Moderate):
Tying a secure knot for a basic shelter or rappelling.
Finding your direction using natural indicators like moss growth or sun position.
Difficulty Check 22 (Hard):
Finding and purifying water in a dry or unfamiliar environment.
Navigating through dense fog or thick underbrush.
Difficulty Check 27 (Very Hard):
Building a makeshift bridge or crafting a primitive trap for hunting.
Building a raft or makeshift boat to navigate across a river or body of water.
Difficulty Check 32 (Legendary):
Navigating a ship through unfamiliar and treacherous waters amidst a raging storm, relying solely on instinct and knowledge, with no functioning navigation instruments to guide the way.
