Scroll Writing/ Forgery

You can use this skill to inscribe rune symbols onto any item, embedding a number of spells from your list or spells from scrolls you possess into the item. These rune-imbued items occupy an enchanted item slot and are marked with the tag (^). Anyone attuned to the rune item can use the embedded spells as if they were part of their own spell list.

You roll a d20 and add your Scroll Writing skill and Intelligence modifier to the roll. If the total is higher than the Difficulty Check, you succeed. If it is lower, you fail.
