

Persuade
You roll a d20 and add your Persuade and Personality modifier to the roll. If the total is higher than the Difficulty Check, you succeed. If it is lower, you fail.
Haggling: The difficulty check is 20. When buying, clearing this check allows you to purchase items at their true value of 100%, instead of the default value of 140%. When selling, if you clear the check, you sell your items at their true value of 100%, instead of the default value of 60%.
Difficulty Check 7 (Very Easy)
Convincing a friend to lend you a very small sum of money.
Difficulty Check 12 (Easy)
Persuading a friendly bouncer to look the other way while you slip past.
Difficulty Check 17 (Moderate)
Convincing a group of adventurers to join your quest with promises of treasure and glory.
Difficulty Check 22 (Hard)
Persuading a local noble to grant you an audience to discuss important matters.
Difficulty Check 27 (Very Hard)
Persuading a rival faction to form an alliance against a common enemy.
Difficulty Check 32 (Legendary)
Swaying the allegiance of a powerful warlord to join your cause through sheer force of persuasion.
